Solid Systems is a boutique consultancy specialising in helping clients transition to "new ways of working". Our team unlocks complex problems by leveraging Lean visual systems alongside an engineering-led strategy. It was formed by an experienced group of Lean transformation SMEs and core engineers who have spent more than 15 years taking some of Australia's largest enterprises to the next level through fostering of Lean principles, co-authoring technical strategy and leveraging next-gen approaches and technologies.

Based upon this experience it is our point of view that in order for an enterprise to transform it is essential to address the rest of the organisational ecosystem. No two organisation are alike. Our approach is to assess your current condition and then build an informed roadmap against which we execute. Unlike the competition, we are experienced and skilled in bringing about this change within your enterprise in collaboration with your team through partnering using modern engineering practices and visual systems. We do not believe in weekend training courses or playbooks that are dropped in without context or stewardship.

Dan is passionate about taking organisations to the next level through rightsized agile, lean and technology transformation. Dan had helped organisations to deliver value to their customers faster, safer, cheaper with happier engineers. He has extensive experience in building, leading and uplifting high performing technical teams and has deep knowledge of implementing lasting culture change across engineering and technical teams.

Principal

Experienced executive advisor and lean enterprise consultant leveraging Toyota/Deming Lean principles, world-class visual management systems, Kaizen and Kata. Pairing Lean and systems thinking with a practical, political and people perspective to transform organisations at an enterprise level. Knows it takes more than tools, people and process to make change sustainable. It takes leadership.

Yogesh is a full-stack principal engineer with 14+ years of experience in large, medium and startups. He brings capabilities in CI/CD, DevSecOps and Cloud. Having delivering enterprise grade solutions in FinTech, Securities, Super, Insurance and Banking. He has specialised in building highly available, scalable, secure and sustainable systems.
